Membership in an organization can mean many things to many people.
Membership in the Georgia Library Media Association should mean
everything to you.
The Georgia Library Media Association, as an affiliate of the
American Association of School Librarians, provides you with a
channel of communication for reporting concerns.
What are your concerns? What are your issues?
Your district chairperson will be asked to share that information
with the AASL delegates before the ALA Midwinter Meeting in January.
Please, take the time to think about what is “bugging”
you and share this information with your district chairperson(s)
by December 21, 2003. Or, e-mail your concerns to me: mkdnorman@juno.com
AND Please, set aside the time and money to join your organization
or renew your current membership for 2004! It is more than worth
the $30.00 dues.
